What will happen to a US resident without medical insurance if he mets with an accident?

You would recieve medical assistance in an emergency to the most basic degree. You would still have to pay for it regardless and they would send a collection agency after you for payment which would impair your credit score.

You would receive treatment. They can’t refuse to help. If you have no insurance,you can set up a payment plan,or in some cases it can be paid for by grants that they get from donors. Check on this I used it once.
